Trim-Lok EPDM Rectangle Rubber Seal creates an easy-to-close and dependable seal against dust, noise, and vibration. It provides excellent resistance to water absorption, ozone, sunlight aging, low temperature, and compression set so you can confidently install precisely where needed. Whether you are looking for a way to seal doors or windows, you can find weatherproof and reliable solutions for cars, trucks, RVs, trailers, boats, and more with Trim-Lok. To prepare your black foam seals for application, cut to length with scissors or knife. Prior to installation, ensure bonding surface is properly cleaned with a 50/50 mix of denatured alcohol and water solution. Optimum performance is between 25% to 45% compression, with 25% being ideal – less than 25% compression makes the seal less effective, and over 40% places the seal at risk for compression set and failure. From garage doors and car sunroofs to window panes and windshields, our foam seals come in a variety of specially designed shapes. All products are made from a custom formulated EPDM sponge rubber compound that. Trim-Lok has been a family run business for over 50 years.
